James N. Stanley, Jr. is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida.

He has an undergraduate business degree from Arizona State University and a Law Degree from the University of Miami where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Stanley is a U.S. Navy Veteran and a member of the American Legion.

Mr. Stanley is also a member of the Federal Bar for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia as well as the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Board of Certification, and the Georgia Bar Bankruptcy Law Section.
